Our Mission
We are an all-volunteer, non-partisan, activist organization focused on the urgent need to address the Climate Crisis, with Climate Restoration being our primary goal.
Restoring the health of our oceans is a critical part of that goal.
We formed our organization after reading "Climate Restoration"
by Peter Fiekowsky, with Carol Douglis. Peter is an MIT graduate, astrophysicist, engineer, climate activist and entrepreneur with 27 patents. Peter is now a key member of our organization.

Our Mission
Our mission is to highlight the necessity and urgency of achieving Climate Restoration as something complementary to, but distinct from reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Climate Restoration requires healthy oceans, thriving with life and thereby capable of the necessary large scale removal of CO2 pollution already emitted into our atmosphere. This removal will restore the atmospheric CO2 to preindustrial,
human-friendly levels.
Research to date and the 2022 Nat'l Academies of Sciences Report strongly suggest that Ocean Iron Fertilization (OIF)
could be one of the most effective ways to restore ocean health, but we need to spread this news far and wide and urge funding for the "next-step" research needed before any large scale implementation.

Our plan of action is to bring together a broad alliance of individuals and organizations to support and lobby for both state and federal legislation to fund additional research and eventual large scale implementation of effective strategies for restoring the health of our oceans and removing CO2 from our atmosphere.
In a 2022 report, the National Academy of Sciences confirmed that one of the most promising such strategies is Ocean Iron Fertilization (OIF). They conclude that OIF should therefore be given a high priority for more government funded research. You can access that report by clicking on the "Learn More" tab above, and scrolling to the end.
